If you’re talking about the “re-spot every 10 minutes”, we only do it for your own spot, and only for as long as we know you are still operating, and on the same frequency.
In the case of spotting other operators, it would be really hard for PoLo to be certain the operator is still there 10 minutes later, so it needs you, the user, to indicate they are still there, and on which frequency, which would not be any different from the regular use of “spot other operator”.
