It’s unclear what you mean by
after a completed qso has returned
Also you say resetting the computer but you also say you are using an iPad. Do you use those terms to mean the same thing?
Ignoring this confusion… are you saying that the “Send” button does not save the QSO?
Can you provide a screen shot? or at least the callsign you are trying to save?
