Recently I can’t login to SOTA account in Settings (for spotting). I’m clicking blue Login button, but nothing happens. What can I do?
I’m using November '24 Release (Build 24.11.0 2411001) on Android.

I have Android 13 on an Ultra 20
I have been logged on persistently for some time now (more than a week).
I just logged off and logged back on to test.
I get an immediate SOTA popup asking me for credentials. And login is successful.
So maybe it is a difference in hardware or internet?
Are you tapping right on the word “Login”.
In some other instances the tap sensitivity is not around the word, it is only ON the word. So the width of the button is perhaps a little misleading. Try making your tap right on the word.
Thank you for your tests. I am tapping just like I did about a week before when everything worked flawlessly.
I am using Android 13 on Samsung S20
And my sota account is valid. I’ve used sotl.as to spot myself and sotadata to upload logs just afterwards.
and the spots are refreshing no issue?
On sota websites all my spots where visible & ham alert also picked them up. In Polo I can only see POTA spots. And again they used to work in Polo. It must be some issue with login procedure, but I get no error message. Just nothing.
You do not need to have an account with SOTA to get SOTA spots. In fact you need no account at all to get GMA, POTA and SOTA spots.
You should see SOTA spots if you have them switched on
If this is OFF then you will not see SOTA spots. But that is the only reason to not see spots (if there are indeed any within the scope of your other band and max time settings.
I see 7 SOTA spots as I type this

Your version is earlier than mine - perhaps you could activate Developer settings, get the latest release and try with that.

I’ve restarted my phone and it worked again. Looks to me like some issue with starting built-in android browser for SSO. Thanks again @VK1AO for your time!
