Reinstalled app after issues, how to get data?

Howdy from Texas, I am running windows 11 on a Surface Pro and use PoL0 via the BlueStacks app player. It’s worked flawlessly for months. I am using the March '25 release. Was at a park and wrapped an activation, I shut down the laptop and headed home. When I rebooted to send the ADIF file over PoLo got hung up on the load screen. Showed the usual (charging the flux capacitor… loading, checking etc… down to Hams of Note) then stops there. Nothing… I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the App and it seems to be working fine. Is there a way for me to retrieve that activation or is it lost in the abyss?

Ron,
if you did an uninstall, it’s not likely the database remained. I’m not totally familiar with bluestacks but normally things would be completely removed.
