QO-100 logging

Hello, when I log data portably via satellite, I currently have to use a different app because various fields aren’t filled in or aren’t available. Perhaps there will be a way to specify certain fields in the export or add them manually at some point. I’ve listed the ones I need here.

  • QSO_DATE
  • TIME_ON
  • CALL
  • MODE
  • SUBMODE(required for FT4 QSO, optional for other modes)
  • BAND that should be “13CM”
  • SAT_NAME that should be “QO-100”
  • PROP_MODE that should be “SAT”
  • GRIDSQUARE (or VUCC_GRIDS if Dx operated from 2 or 4 grids intersection)
  • MY_GRIDSQUARE (or MY_VUCC_GRIDS if you operated from 2 or 4 grids intersection)

For https://qo100dx.club/

ok I don’t know if I am following but the fields you are calling up there are, or at least quite a few of them, already in PoLo.
QSO_DATE, TIME_ON, CALL, MODE etc.
The only one I’d need to check is SAT_NAME
But I wonder why you think they are not there. Maybe we are looking at different things.
You have gone to Logging Setting, then Bands and Modes, then Show All Bands, then enabled 13cm?
FT4 is also enabled?
The gridsquare fields are on the More tab of the QSO edit area.
So I have a query on SAT_NAME and PROP_MODE, but firstly I wonder why all the other are not there for you.

Also, you can check the data currently listed for QO-100 here:

It’s the last entry in the file

OK so you have gone to App Features and enabled Satellite Operations

Added Satellite Operations as an activity for an Operation

Added Sats to the field selection:

But cannot select the QO-100 sat?
Is that what the issue is?

Oh, I think I found the error. Something went wrong when I logged in the first time. The satellite wasn’t transferred. I had set the frequency, and it was transferred, but the satellite wasn’t. I tried it again, and it works. Sorry, my mistake. Everything’s great, thank you!!!

Actually I just tested this - and I confirm that the first time you select the satellite from the drop down, it does not save. You have to drop it again to get the sat saved.
You need to see it with a tick here:

I will log this issue thanks
