Polo stopped exporting my logs to OneDrive

I’ve not had any problems with Polo up until now. After an activation today I attempted to export 3 *.adi files (SOTA, POTA & WWFF) from Polo to OneDrive on my iPhone. While I can see the 3 files in OneDrive on my iPhone, the newly uploaded log files won’t sync with the cloud. All other previous log files have exported and synced without issue. Unfortunately, I’m not able to access those files nor upload the respective files to SOTA or POTA websites. I have tried re-uploading the files to OneDrive but OneDrive won’t take the files and the little round spinner just goes round and round. I’m not having issues with saving files from other apps to the cloud, only with Polo. If I uninstall and reinstall the Polo app on my iPhone, I’m afraid I will lose the log files in Polo. Same goes for OneDrive. Anyone run into this issue and how to resolve?

Once PoLo has come back with Uploaded i.e. past tense, then it is no longer a PoLo issue, It’s a OneDrive issue.
I see no issue with you restarting your phone to see if OneDrive starts again.

Right, like VK1AO said, before uninstalling any apps, just restart your phone to see if this fixes the issue.

I had already done so (restarted my phone) a half dozen times but neglected to mention it in my initial post. I believe I found a workaround that resolved the issue. After the log files got stuck in “OneDrive limbo”, Polo was unable to do another export to OneDrive as it normally would be able to do by adding a suffix (1, 2, etc.) to the file name on any subsequent saves to the same file folder. Attempting to re-export the files would result in the app freezing and require a manual shut down of the app. Hence, I restarted my phone each time after manually shutting down the app. The workaround was simple but worked. I sent each of the files from Polo as an email attachment to myself and opened the emails on my laptop. I then saved each file to the appropriate OneDrive folder on my laptop which then sync’d with the identical folder on my iPhone OneDrive app and overwrote the “stuck” log files. Issue resolved.

I’ll have to install OneDrive on a spare phone to investigate this.

Thanks for the report.

Let me correct one thing: when I uploaded the files from email to OneDrive on my laptop, they synced with the mobile app OK. However, in the mobile app on my iPhone the ghost files are still showing—with the exact same file names as the new files. The new files are accessible but the ghost files are inaccessible.
