One QSO missing - import from POTA log to general log

I make POTA activations and have a new log with this Ham2K logger for each activation.
After the activation I export and import this log in my general log within the same app after making a Full ADIF file from the QSOs.
Unfortunately not all QSOs are imported to the general log. One QSO from 16 (the last) is missing. This is the second time a have this issue within 2 weeks. I tried to import several times with the same file then. The same issue.
When I import this Full ADIF file from the 16 QSOs on QRZ.com all works as usual.

When I create a new general log all exported /imported QSOs are there. I have no idea …

Any ideas? 73 Chris

OK Chris, We’ll try to get to the bottom of this.
I feel sure it is localised to your arrangement because we would have no end of observations if this was even an infrequently exposed bug. I’ve never lost an end QSO in over 10k collected to date on PoLo. And I’m sure I would have noticed since I always have a testing mindset.
That said, we need to see some details of the operation and in question.
You can turn developer mode on if it’s not already:

And you can then export and email the QSON file to help@ham2k.com.
Please also include in the email the ADIF file you have exported and observe the missing last QSO in.
You may also be able to snap some screen shots of the PoLo activation and operation setup and post them here.

I had this issue several times now. Last POTA activation with a seperate logfile contains 10 QSOs. Import my General Log logfile in PoLo shows only 7 of this 10 QSOs.
I import to QRZ.com also and all QSOs are there. 267 QSOs in QRZ.com - in PoLo I have only 260.
Can this be seen when I send the files?

I see at least one 2fer

This means that the full log export, something you export to QRZ will contain only one of these, whilst the POTA export will contain the extra one containing the additional non-unique QSO because of the second reference ID.

Have you accounted for 2fers/3fers etc?

Alan

As an example from a recent activation of mine,
I have 116 neat QSOs, which would be exported in the full log and also in the WWFF log as 116 total ADIF lines.

But the POTA log will export 118 contacts because I have 2-fer contacts which add 2 more QSOs into the POTA log.

So there are 118 ADIF lines in the POTA log

Alan

I don’t mean the Park to Park QSOs or double. The missing QSOs are others.

In the last days I imported a POTA log into a new general log with a few QSOs. Then imported this to my general log. There was one QSO missing.

Then I tried the other way. I imported my general log with more than 200 QSOS into the log with a few QSOs - no QSOs missing. I had to start the Look-Up again, but this was very slow this time (see in my other thread). I think there must by a little error.

Can you attach an ADIF file so we can see an example?
Alan

This doesn‘nt matter. I did not expect to have two QSOs when it is a double Park to Park.

OK can you clarify the “It doesn’t matter” bit?
Are you saying you disagree with me or are you saying you have this issue sorted?
Alan

I mentioned it. A few individual connections are missing after importing the POTA activity into PoLo. It’s not the case that park-to-park double connections aren’t displayed.

All QSOs imported into QRZ.com (267) are there, but not all of them are in the general log in PoLo (260). I’m currently still using PoLo as my main logging app, but the data management should be reliable without having to constantly check for completeness.

Chris,
Please go back to my first post above and follow the instructions to supply the qson file of the operation in question.
