Good morning from Oz, Sebastian. Great to be in touch with you.
As Alan described, my problem involved not making the linked Google Drive file accessible to all with the link.
Not being an avid Drive user, this had escaped me, but the video (if I had taken more notice) did say to change this.
I have been using PoLo for a short while and love it. Once I have my head around the shortcuts and other great features, I will hopefully become a power user.

I’m glad you got it to work.
In any case, I’ll see how we can make PoLo give a clearer picture of what’s going on and perhaps show some kind of error message.
