This information on our workaround may help with your troubleshooting:
We were also having the issue that we couldn’t export an ADIF file attached to an email. We were also getting the mime type of attachment from the “undeliverable” email that was sent back by the Postmaster.
Our workaround is to put some text in the body of the email that the ADIF file is attached to, for export. Then the email (and the attached ADIF file) send with no issues.
