Is there a way to have one log on multiple devices? For example, if I use my iPhone to do my logging, but then get a Chromebook and put the logging software app on it, why can I not see the logs already done on the iPhone if it’s under the same account?
Syncing between devices is under development.
At this time, if you enable Developer Mode you can have a one way sync to a LoFi server but it is only one way at this time for data security.
Full syncing will be available shortly.. (read this year maybe)

You can, however do it manually by exporting and replacing a database on one device from the other - but it is not a merge feature, it will wipe and replace the other device.

Awesome. Thank you very much. I look forward to the full sync.
I am a relative novice for POTA but the software has been a game changer for me. So simple to use and just fantastic!
Ok. I don’t really want to wipe one clean so I’ll wait for the full meal deal.
You don’t have to wipe them clean, it’s abit of a work around but you can export an operation from one device. Make a new operation on the other and import the adif. But that isn’t totally practical
I guess I am always confused when people want to sync between devices. I would think you would have a full featured time tested logger at the home QTH, like DXlabs, N3FJP, etc. Just export your portable log, from whatever device, and import into your station logger. I can’t imagine using a portable logger like Ham2k as my station logger, unless maybe you don’t operate from home? I am coming up on 1000 activations, and have never seen the need to sync them anywhere! Upload to POTA and home then delete. w1ip
Well, I cannot speak for others but here’s my reasoning for asking. I operate from a home shack and keep both a digital log and a paper one (for home contacts only). I also operate from the field with Parks on the Air and from the campgrounds etc.
When I started POTA I was using my iPhone and a separate logging system. I didn’t care for it. Then I was introduced to PoLo H2K and just instantly liked it.
So I ran with it on my iPhone. But now I have it on my Chromebook. I will use both platforms depending on the setup. Primarily I will use the Chromebook now but there will be times I will need to use the iPhone.
Just wanted all the activities to be seen on both devices.
And yes, I upload my H2K to my home logger as well.
When the Ham2K Desktop version comes out, you will have the syncing feature across devices and desktops of Mac/Linux/Windows (hopefully). Even if you have another main logging application in your shack, you will be able to access your portable log from Ham2K without the need to export and import via an intermediate cloud step.
So that may be another attractive benefit to the syncing feature.

Agreed. I would also enjoy the sync feature for the same reasons.
I still don’t get it. I’ve done almost 900 activations, used various devices (ipad, phone, android tablet and PC) and have never had the need to see a past log when at another park. Once its uploaded to POTA and my home logger its deleted. What would you do with that information? w1ip
On the face of it - yes - I agree.
But I enjoy the stats summary I get - to see how many times I’ve worked someone and how recently it was. I see this when I enter their callsign, and only if I keep the history of activations in place on my device. So that’s one benefit I get with no cost.
As far as interrogating history when I am at home. I have my own interface using my HRD backend. It is built for making interrogations both quick and relevant to my curiosity. I am surprised by just how much I use the myriad methods of fast interrogation I have built now that they are easy to access and feel at my fingertips.
To each their own. I have a mountain of data and I was determined to either cast it aside or make it useful. I chose the latter and I get a lot more enjoyment out of my logs now.
