MN QP - Cabrillo should not have RST

Logged for the MN QP last weekend. After generating logs, the Cabrillo file included the RST fields, which were not accepted by contesting.com log submission site. Removing the RST values from the file made it work. (Replace tab-59-tab with a single tab, twice on each log line.)

Thanks for the report! I’ll fix it right away, but I guess it won’t make a difference until next year.
