Today I activated a Washington State Park close to Seattle. I activated from my car using a 20m MFJ Hamstick on a mag mount on the roof of my car. The rig was an FT-891 running 100W from a Bioenno 12Ah battery.
This was a CW only activation (using a cwmorse paddle) and managed to get 54 QSOs in an hour of operation. Had several pileups and shortly after spotting myself using POLO the calls started pouring in. I don’t know if the bands were good today or the club call is popular, but it was almost non-stop for an hour. I was even called Sebastian for one of the QSOs 
. I was tempted to give out my call a couple of times out of muscle memory but caught myself and used the proper call.
