I’m trying to get the sync to work between my iPhone and iPad.
I have selected the DEV url on each device and have put in my call sign and email on each device. I thought I would see the activations from each device populate over to the other device but nothing has happened.
At the risk of losing QSOs from one of the two devices, pick one as your “main account”, then go to the Sync settings screen and ensure that under “this device” it has no pending data to sync.
Do the same on the other device, and then, on an operation log entry field type “ONBOARD” (just like you do to enter dev mode) to re-start the onboarding process.
The app will restart and now you’ll see an option to connect to an account. Follow the instructions, including receiving an email and clicking a link there, and let me know how it goes.
I tried on the secondary which is my iPad. Once I type in ONBOARD the app crashed and it then sent a crash message to you. When I launched PoLo again it first asked for my callsign. The next screen was what programs I wanted to participate in then the 3rd screen is the attached photo. I have entered my email address but when I click on continue nothing happens. I can get past that screen by not enabling cloud sync. The 4 logs that I have in the app previous to the crash are still in there.
I tried going through the process a 2nd time but the exact same results occurred.
Just tried using the Jan 25 Pre 1 update. The same error occurs as described above. I also tried to “connect to an exisiting account” which is the 1st prompt after I re-launched the app, I put in my email address and click continue but nothing happens.
