Importing to QRZ

Hi folks I just came back from being in Grand Cayman for a week. While I was there I activated three parks. When I got home I wanted to import my logs to QRZ and for some reason they will not upload. What am I doing wrong? Or is it an issue with the logging software?

Tim,
I see these 2 logs uploaded to POTA

Are they the ones in question?
Were they created with callsign ZF2TH?
What QRZ log are you trying to upload them to?
Is this QRZ log created with this callsign ZF2TH?
If so does QRZ return an error referring to a mismatch in callsign/operator?

Alan

Hi Alan,

Yes those are the two logs in question.
They were created with the ZF2TH call sign as well.
I’m trying to upload them to the ZF2TH call log in QRZ.
QRZ doesn’t return any kind of notification it just says it may take a few minutes to process.

The ones that are showing up are because I put them in manually.

Tim

OK so in the ADIF logs - what have you set for OPERATOR and STATION_CALLSIGN?
Alan

When I go to Timor-Leste, my callsign is 4W/VK1AO.
I set PoLo to Station Callsign 4W/VK1AO and Operator is VK1AO like this:

and the logs are generated like this:

And they upload to QRZ without issue to my 4W/VK1AO logbook:

Does all this correlate with your setup?
Alan

Hi Alan,

Negative. No I didn’t set that up I guess.

I guess my question now is do I need to put these in by hand cause they won’t upload?

Tim

Alan,

Wanted you to see this page. Errors everywhere.

Tim

Just change the PoLo callsign setup to match what I suggest, then export the logs again.
You should then be able to upload into QRZ into your ZF2TH logbook. The dupes, if any, will be ignored.
Alan

Did you view the report to confirm the issue?

Alan

No I didn’t but I will.

Tim

Thank you so very much Alan that was the problem. Put in the ZF2 and they all uploaded just fine. Lesson learned I must say!

Tim

Thanks for the update
Alan
