When you become a supporter of the app does it not assign a cup of coffee or show that you are a supporter of the app? Where I pressed the button text in the app on my iPhone it shows I am a supporter but when call sign is looked up it does not. I closed the app and refreshed but still the same.
The “coffee cups” come from a data file that’s updated manually once or twice a week. And then then your local app has to download it, which it only does at most once a day.
