Ham2k not updating

FYI I have been unable to automatically update the app. Last update was 5. Had to redownload the app, start over with all settings to get update 8. I am using an iPad system. 26.2.1. This has never happened before. It usually updated automatically or when checking for updates from the app.

This must be an iPad issue. I have 3 devices both Android and iOS and they have all updated automatically all December patches thru 8 recently.

We’ll keep an eye on that, Thanks for the report.

Not complaining, just trying to help as a test crew member in case others get the same issue. Thank you.

There was a problem with an early push for the “patch 5” update, and a handful of devices that got it are now stuck, like you. The upcoming February major release should fix this for you.

If you’re not on the beta testing groups (TestFlight, etc) then you’ll get it hopefuly in a week or so.

An alternative is to uninstall and reinstall. To avoid any data loss, you can enable Developer Mode to make a copy of your QSO database and restore it afterwards.

fixed sir. I reloaded the app a second time and it fixed.
