Several people who have worked me say I show a grid square of PF95hd. I never really pursued it, but today set up a dummy operation and worked myself and indeed under the MORE section I show myself as GRID PF95hd. I have checked my QRZ grid square setting and it does not show PF95hd. I don’t subscribe to QRZ, only having a free account. Any suggestions or ideas on how to fix this?

Firstly, with no QRZ subscription, both you and your friends will be subject to whatever lookup method you/they have selected excluding QRZ because a free account will not return gridsquare. You can see the difference in the returns here:
In your case, it would appear that both you and your colleagues are relying on the free HAMdb.org database which has you set in Adelaide Australia.
I suggest you contact them to have this record corrected.
An alternative to this error prone source, would be to turn all lookups OFF which will give your grid square, calculated based on state or country centroid. But this will obviously no longer provide a name either.
