Since the latest update, when using the Full ADIF Export and uploading this to the POTA site, it does not bring through the ‘Park’ and ‘Location’ fields (refer image below) Previous app versions used during April had no errors.
Exporting using the ‘POTA Activation’ option populates this information in the POTA site.
Any thoughts/ideas/fixes?

The exports are designed such that you should use the POTA export for uploading. The POTA export does not contain personal data and thus complies with privacy regulations in many jurisdictions. It does, however, contain all and ONLY the data required for a POTA upload.
If you haven’t uploaded a file for a while then you may not have caught up with this change.
The POTA export filename, by default, contains the park ID and this is the first thing that the uploader recognises to fill in the details and start the import process.
The full export filename is not designed for the POTA uploader to decipher.
Use the full export for your own logging system. It contains lookup data if you have this enabled during an activation, and is fine for your own log.
Some people may well have filenames which do not contain the park ID. The fields you are presented with, above, are there for the reason of you supplying the ID. It’s not a bug that it is asking for the park and location. It’s designed that way when the filename cannot be decoded correctly.
