Flight Mode or QRZ OFF stops callsign Notes extension

Turning QRZ off allows a much faster data entry. This is proven under tests. For many OPs faster data entry is more important than lookups.
But the callsign notes lookup is helpful when offline, even if the name does not go in the log, it’s good to have and very fast even with a large file (also tested) and especially when multiple comma separated callsigns are entered.

At the end of the operation, you can go online again and update the log if you wish, using the Lookup all QSOs menu option.

So some OPs are trying to use PoLo with all online lookups turned off regardless of them being free or paid. And also testing with the device in flight mode.

The issue is when online services are disabled or no coverage is available (flight mode) and custom callsign notes is ON, the lookups into the callsign notes fails (both default and custom notes files).

The ideal setup for maximum performance and to still have spots would be these settings:
QRZ disabled (leaving credentials in place)
Callsign Notes of whatever persuasion, ON
Cell coverage adequate for spots.

But if QRZ is disabled, no notes come up at all. Something must be triggering to avoid the lookup on notes when QRZ is disabled. They also fail in flight mode even when QRZ is enabled.
Hopefully this is enough to track the issue down @KI2D
