I respectfully request that amateur radio operators contributing to this forum add their name and callsign to each post.
Secondly if you have a problem with a device (tablet, phone etc) then provide as much detail about the device and provide screenshots of the issue. If you want help to diagnose an issue then you need to be specific about your issue or problem. Making generic statements doesn’t help anyone.

thanks for this, Andrew. We don’t want to enforce things automatically, but what you suggest, and calling it “etiquette”, is spot on.
