Can't access the forward slash on the keyboard

Hello. I have the latest version of Ham2K on my tablet. Unfortunately, I can’t access the forward slash on the keyboard by long-pressing the period. Only a window appears from which I can select the corresponding punctuation mark. How can I solve this problem? Vy 73 Hans OE5BAY

Why are you long pressing?

A single tap on the period will enter a period and PoLo converts periods to slashes.
