Latest update does not allow me to export log files from my Samsung Android S25 ultra phone.. I did go to my tablet and was able to export from it.
Patch0-rc1 addresses this…
Alan
That’s the patch it loads when I open POLO and is giving me the error.
OK my Ultra Note has no issue. I am sure this will be addressed shortly. Thanks for the post.
Can you share the details?
Alan
Everything works fine. Sync works. The only thing I see not working is the export file.
I did reboot my phone. I have not uninstalled/ re-installed POLO yet.
No need to uninstall.. sit tight

No worries. As I mentioned I uploaded the POTA activation files from my tablet.
Try upgrading to “rc2” and see if it works now. I believe it’s been fixed.
That fixed it.
I so want PoLo to work for me. I started out on my Android phone which worked fine but I have vision issues and the screen is too small. I have a Samsung Chromebook, installed PoLo and it worked except it wouldn’t export the ADIF file. I installed Bluestacks on a small Win 11 laptop. It worked except wouldn’t export the ADIF file. I have the most current version as far as I can see. This is the second time I have had to retype an activation into AC Log to get an ADIF to upload. Is it possible it’s putting the ADIF file somewhere I haven’t looked? I’ve tried to look anywhere possible.
Export files are never just created/written in the background with you being prompted for a location.
In BlueStacks you must set up which other apps you wish to “share” with, to get PoLo to bring up the prompt to share the files being exported.
I am not familiar enough with BlueStacks to point you to the correct location for this but it is in the BlueStack settings somewhere.
Alan
Thanks, I will keep working on it.
