Thanks for the report, I haven’t had that issue but not discounting that it’s possible. Not sure exactly what programs you operate in. SOTA and PoLo is currently having a problem with spots, so if you are doing SOTA you may experience crashes at the moment until SOTA provide another deep link.
That said, the May Pre 1 is on the pre release.. I have 3 devices, one is not on the beta program so it does not get these potentially buggy releases… It’s good to have a back up plan. ![]()

Thanks Alan, I don’t activate SOTA , but I do have the button available in case I get a SOTA activator call in to me. So I will switch that off.
Sound advice to have a backup plan. If I do a clean install on my primary device, can I be certain that I can synch back?
Update - I saved the database on the iPad and deleted the PoLo app. Reinstalled from the App Store and loaded up the saved database just fine.
I have subscribed to the synch service - this seems to be working between iPad and iPhone - however both devices do not show anything regarding being subscribed for synch.
I see a few devices that have synced with your callsign in them. Can you give me the ids listed for each account and/or devices on the sync settings screen for each of them?
