Callsign expansion

Hi all. Been using Polo for about a year. Great program that I run on an android tablet. It took a while to get the callsign expansion function to work with file stored on Google drive. I had it working perfectly but suddenly after a month of non-use, and an update it won’t work.

File is updated with a test call and a couple of extra callsigns for the expansion function. Polo is reading it fine and showing the extra callsign in the callsign box but when I try and enter it, I only get the original call.

I’ve tried all fixes I can find online. I’m logged into QRZ too. I’m stumped.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Mike,

It’s best to NOT have a fully formed callsign as the trigger.

Thanks Alan, I’ll give this a try.

I did have it all working though with full callsigns. I just can’t figure out what changed. Polo reads correctly from the file on Google Drive, and displays the expanded callsigns of the file. But when I enter it, it only logs the initial callsign now.

I’ll try the partial as a trigger.
